When booking ski camps with us it is very important that we are provided with enough information about each skier via our online booking form. Our booking personnel will provide you with all information needed in order to attend training and send you an invoice for the total cost.

All skiers participating in the camp must have in date ski accident insurance valid for the country we are operating in. It must cover at least civil liability, ski racing insurance, rescue on the slopes (including helicopter), medical treatment and repatriation. We also highly recommend insurance which also reimburses you for services unused due to injury or slope closure (ski pass, training, lodging, etc). We also advise to apply for the new GHIC card (Global Health Insurance Card) which should give you extra cover in the EU. This is free to apply for via the NHS website.

Photocopies of trainees insurance card & policy must be sent to UNIQ Snowsports management as a digital copy ahead of time.

UNIQ Snowsports provides its inlier trainees a transfer service in either their team mini-buses or a separately outsourced transfer company. These transfers are organised through a local company with professional drivers.

If you cannot make this transfer due to different flight times or airport, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange the best transfer option for you.

Travel documents required by photocopy to UNIQ Snowsports management team prior to camp commencing are:

• Booking Application Form (Online)

• Medical Consent Form (Included on booking form)

• Passport

• Insurance Policy & Card

• EHIC / or GHIC

• All documents need to be emailed to info@uniqsnowsports.com

• Inlier trainees will be staying in a hotel local to where the coaches will be staying. Rooms may be shared with other team members or single rooms can be given for extra cost. This will be organised accordingly due to gender or with friends as requested. If you would prefer to have your own room, please specify this on the booking form.

Please do not book any flights until you have submitted your online booking and had your place confirmed.

Inlier trainees who would like an airport transfer, must arrive at the airport no later than the time stated. From here we can meet in the airport for the transfer to the hotel. Trainees who would like a completely different flight schedule with timings resulting in the group having to wait longer than 30 minutes will need to organise their own airport transfers to and from the resort.
